We are at our shop between 8:00am and 4:30pm EST each weekday. Calls to us (800-841-1848) outside our business hours will be answered by our message system. We will return all calls ASAP.
Placing Your Order Ordering online is to insure the accuracy of your personalized crock. Our shopping cart is completely secure, we have been using our provider since 1995, and have never had a problem. Please be sure to fill out the entire form, USA in the country space. the email address given in the ship to section will get the tracking code once your crock is shipped. Orders on personalized crocks are filled as they are received, usually within 2-3 business days. If you choose, you may place your order by mail. Print out our form and send it to us with your payment. A phone number will allow us to reach you if we have questions.

Payment Methods All Signs company accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. All prices are displayed and charged in USD currency. We will also accept pre-payment orders by check or money order.
(There will be a $30.00 charge on any returned checks.)
Shipping Rates & Policies.
Most of our orders are shipped via UPS.Please note that all delivery times refer to business days and do not include weekends.
Shipping Charges are FREE to orders in the 48 lower states and based on shipping UPS. If Shipping using USPS is necessary we will call to discuss the shipping charges.

Returns Your satisfaction is guaranteed, unconditionally. If we should happen to make an error in your order, we will replace your crock. We are a small company and we take pride in our customer service.
Each order placed with us is unique and individual, therefore, unless an item needs to be replaced due to defective workmanship, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We will replace any order that has been damaged while in route to you. You are requested to keep the damaged crock for 10 days.
